We collect information you provide: email address, name, and uploaded images used for video generation. We also collect usage data including videos generated and subscription status.
Images you upload are sent to third-party AI providers (Replicate, RunwayML) solely to generate your requested video. We do not store your images beyond the generation request. Generated videos are stored temporarily and accessible via your account.
AI Disclosure: All videos generated by EpicReel Studio are AI-created. Content is generated using machine learning models and may not reflect reality.
Payments are processed by Stripe. We never store your credit card details. Your billing information is handled entirely by Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the service: Stripe (payments), Replicate/RunwayML (AI generation), and our database provider.
Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time by emailing privacy@epicreelstudio.com. Generated videos are retained for 30 days after generation.
